Yes, we can build on property that we don’t own. It is the same process that we use if we own the building lot.

Yes, we can purchase land for clients, however there are specifics that need to be in place before this happens. This is on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us if you are thinking of this option.

Yes, we have several vacant building lots around the Quinte area. Please contact us for this up-to-date list.

Most of the time we have a couple of builds that will be coming for sale, along with several custom homes that are already sold. Please see the current build section of our website.

Yes, this option is available, but each build is unique, therefore we request you contact us to discuss this further.

No, we have built a large range of homes, from 1000 sq ft to over 4500 sq ft. We can build anything a client brings forward.

We do have a designer that does all of our (custom) plans, however we do have some popular plans available for clients to look at, and some are available to walk through.

Yes, the septic design and installation are included in your house quote.

There will never be a surprise invoice at the end of a build. All “extras” are discussed as the client(s) presents any upgrades or changes to the original quoted plan. If there are any “extras” on Silbro’s part, these would have been in the quote as an unknown due to several reasons and discussed before the build.
